Tracking Your Order

Consultation/Prescription Tracking Numbers

If you have had a consultation today and your prescription was filled, a tracking number can be found at the end of the business day around (around 5-6 pm eastern standard time) by logging on to www.apainsolution.com, signing in using your username and password, and going into your history. The number will show up next too your listed medication.

Refill Tracking Numbers

After you have requested your refill, the pharmacy will enter your tracking number.  You will receive an email with your tracking number, and COD total if that is the payment method.  This information will also be available in your account area of the website under your History. 

The exception to this is those living in TN. Please call us at Apainsolution at 877-618-6096 the morning after your consultation, as we will have your tracking information then.

COD Totals

If you select COD as your payment method, you will see the COD total in your patient account next to the tracking info for each script.
