Requesting a Refill

Please be sure to keep your prescription bottle as it will have information that may be helpful in obtaining your refill, including how many refills you have left.  For your refill, you will LOG ON to your account and select the "Request a Refill" link.  Each of your prescriptions will be listed with refill instructions for each.
