The doctor will need to see your most current medical
records, which would include records from a doctor’s
visit or a hospital visit. Also you need to fax a copy
of photo identification such as your driver’s
license. You must also be registered as a member on
our website. Just do those three things and we will
do the rest setting it up so the doctor can have the
consult with you.

COULD I KNOW THE PRICE OF A CERTAIN MEDICINE I’M
INTERESTED IN?
For a price on a certain medicine, the best thing to
do is email us at
info@apainsolution.com. We will monitor
and respond quickly to emails that are sent to us so
you can feel comfortable doing that. If you wish you

WHAT
ARE THE NUMBER OF REFILLS I CAN RECEIVE?
This is something that is at the discretion of the doctor
but generally 2 refills are given for each prescription.

I USE MY MEDICAL INSURANCE WITH MY ORDER?
Unfortunately,
at this time we are not set up to accept any kind of
medical insurance.
WHAT
IF THE DOCTOR BELIEVES THAT AFTER THE CONSULT THEY
ARE UNABLE TO PRESCRIBE ME ANYTHING?
If
this happens then we will go ahead and refund you your
money for the consultation less $25 to cover doctor
fees, and other miscellaneous fees.
WILL
OTHER PEOPLE BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
No,
we will only discuss a person’s account information
or history, with that person. No one will be able to
gain access into your information, we take this very
seriously keeping our patients information secure and
confidential.

CAN I PAY FOR MY CONSULTATION?
The
best and simplest way to pay is by credit care, we accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If
it is not possible to pay by credit card a money order
