WHAT ROLE DOES APAINSOLUTION PLAY IN THE PROCESS?

We act as a “mediator” for the patient between them and the doctor and the pharmacy to make it as simple and problem-free for them to obtain their prescription. Our service is to set up the consultation for the patient with the doctor through our website, but its our goal to go beyond just that service. We hope to provide our customers with any help they need throughout the process. If there is any problem or question we will do our best to resolve it to ease the minds of our customers.

HOW MUCH IS THE CONSULTATION?

The consultation costs $130.00 (US) plus a $55 processing fee for transfer of your prescription and information to the pharmacy. Look for specials that will be running each month or discounts for being a VIP member of www.drugbuyers.com, and also other specials we plan to offer. These fee covers the entire consultation process. Your prescription will then be sent to our Online Pharmacy who will charge you separately.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF WORK?

We are available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm eastern time. If you wish to call different from those hours, if you leave a message on our voicemail we will be sure to promptly return your call. We will post on our website dates we may be closed due to holidays, etc.


WHAT STATES DO YOU SERVICE?

We ship to any state in the United States with the following exceptions of New Mexico, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Nevada, New York, Arkansas, and Missori.

          WHAT IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO REQUEST A CONSULTATION?

The doctor will need to see your most current medical records, which would include records from a doctor’s visit or a hospital visit. Also you need to fax a copy of photo identification such as your driver’s license. You must also be registered as a member on our website. Just do those three things and we will do the rest setting it up so the doctor can have the consult with you.

HOW COULD I KNOW THE PRICE OF A CERTAIN MEDICINE I’M INTERESTED IN?

For a price on a certain medicine, the best thing to do is email us at info@apainsolution.com. We will monitor and respond quickly to emails that are sent to us so you can feel comfortable doing that. If you wish you could feel free to call us toll free at 888-920-6110 and one of our representatives can assist you.


WHAT ARE THE NUMBER OF REFILLS I CAN RECEIVE?

This is something that is at the discretion of the doctor but generally 2 refills are given for each prescription.

CAN I USE MY MEDICAL INSURANCE WITH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not set up to accept any kind of medical insurance.

WHAT IF THE DOCTOR BELIEVES THAT AFTER THE CONSULT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PRESCRIBE ME ANYTHING?

If this happens then we will go ahead and refund you your money for the consultation less $25 to cover doctor fees, and other miscellaneous fees.

WILL OTHER PEOPLE BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

No, we will only discuss a person’s account information or history, with that person. No one will be able to gain access into your information, we take this very seriously keeping our patients information secure and confidential.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CONSULTATION?

The best and simplest way to pay is by credit care, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If it is not possible to pay by credit card a money order or check can be mailed to us. For information regarding the process of this you may call or email us.
